Refund & Returns Policy
Refunds and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period by email or in writing.
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier).
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning cancelled items.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items should be:
- Unused and in a resaleable condition.
- Returned with all original packaging where possible.
- Adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, if they have been handled more than necessary and this reduces their value, we may make a deduction from your refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of receiving your order.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include:
- A replacement;
- A repair (where appropriate); or
- A full refund.
We will also reimburse any reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The right to cancel does not apply to certain products, including:
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Goods made to your specific requirements.
- Sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
- Perishable goods.
- Any other items excluded from cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer law.
This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
How to Return an Item
To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team with:
- Your order number.
- Your name.
- Details of the item you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (if applicable).
We will provide instructions on how to return your order.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
If the return relates to your statutory right to cancel, any standard delivery charges paid when placing the order will also be refunded. Additional delivery charges for premium or express shipping are not refundable.
We reserve the right to withhold a refund until returned goods have been received or satisfactory evidence of their return has been provided.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
