Can I purchase the head of the 190-14 stand to fit my other stand? 
The clamp head is part of the new 190-14 stand and is not sold separately.

Do you sell replacement parts? 
Yes, should you want some extra screws and wing nuts, you can find them here.

I’ve ordered your products from another seller, but I have a problem with my order, can you help? 
If you have ordered from another seller, it is best to contact them directly with your question as they will hold your order details and will be best suited to helping you.

Do you offer international delivery?
We are currently shipping to the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. If you would like delivery elsewhere, please see our stockist, Crafty Imaginations’ Etsy Shop where they offer worldwide delivery.

How are the Nurge Flexi Hoops measured?
The Flexi Hoop diameter measurements are from the outer edge of the inner ring which is the area that your chosen material will be displayed.

Will my Nurge Embroidery stand hold a Q-Snap Frame?
We don’t recommend trying to use the Nurge embroidery stands to hold a Q-Snap frame as they tend to be hollow and tightening the clamp could cause the frame to crack.
